A minimum of 3-years management experience, in the optometric industry is preferred, however, other relatable management experience will be considered.

Previous experience with pretesting, including Visual Fields/OCT, contact lenses, and frame dispensary knowledge within an optometric environment is an asset. Previous experience with electronic medical records, booking appointments, and telephone reception is also an asset. Training can be provided for the ideal candidate.
